Gasoline engine: How do you adjust the choke linkage (nut-bolt spring linkage) and needle valve carburetor (screw-spring) for optimal performance ?
The settings were moved and everything seems okay. Just wondered if there is a set up proceedure for optimum performance ?

Somewhere in the range of maybe 100 to 250. Either a generator or some type of power supply to charge with my car’s battery that I can take with me to the canyon, I live in TX. I really want to invest in something but I don’t want something huge that I won’t be able to take with me anywhere. So any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
I mean 100 to 250 dollar by the way.

I am looking to buy a generator for my camper. need it to run fridge, a/c, heat as needed. Would prefer quiet as possible with the lowest price. I don’t know what size I need, or where to even start looking. Any suggestions?

Most of what I found so far are propane/ large scale device. Can someone point to a certain supplier that provide something that is small enough for desktop/ laboratory environment, and capable of adjusting concentration from 10 to let’ s say 1000 ppm or 1% vol ?

The instructions tell me to never operate the generator in the rain or snow….yet typically, that’s the time you need it the most (at least where I live…). Any ideas on covers (canopies?) for a portable generator? I do not want to build a separate shed next to the house.

My husband & I jusr ordered this generator. We live in South Floirda & are tired of no power whenever a hurricane hits. It was a bit costly. Any reviews out there ? Did we get a good deal ? We paid 7. We also have never used a generator in our lives. Any safety tips ? We were thinking of putting it in the garage (with the garage door open) if we lose power, is that smart ? We really are looking for review both positive & negative & safety tips. Is it really noisy ? Thanks !!!

i once saw a guy walk onto a charter bus with a heavy box that was home made with electrical outlets. it was about the size of a car battery, maybe a little bigger. he plugged his laptop and things into it and used it as if it generated 120W. it was quiet and didn’t have a running motor like a generator. does anyone know how this was made or what it was composed of? i want to make one like it , or that does a similar task. i want to be able to charge my laptop on a long trip.
